it's been forever. i'm still alive and kicking just a little slow right now due to a broken rib! yes, an evening of drunken revelry ended up with me sprawled over the laundry basket bleeding and broken. all i can say is ow! things with the exH are going well and we are adjustiung to our new situation slowly but making progress. he is moving into a new studio soon, so i will be heading down to SF to help in whatever capacity my rib lets me. life at home is a little stressful at times. some people tend to turn inward during troubling times. it just hurts me to know i can't help or, for that sake, even really know what's going on with him. one of my favorite bartenders at the old mercantile was hit by a cab last weekend as he was walking across the street. it was pretty close there for a while, but it ooks like he will survive. man, he got messed up big time! be careful crossing the street kids, please! take care, be safe.
