The LC Republicans said they would not be supporting Dubya in the '04 Presidential elections.
Don't be too quick to condemn all GOPers. Andrew Sullivan is another example of an GOPer who walked away from Dubya. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a gay GOPer in the public spotlight who didn't say they wouldn't be voting for Bush this time around.
When push comes to shove, us queers do have a strange tendency to stick together.

I'm a native Californian, guys, but I live in Georgia now--41% of people here voted for Kerry. In the county I live in, 73% of people voted for Kerry. I don't think that all of us who voted Democrat down South deserve your scorn.
It's annoying hearing people from so-called "Blue" states dissing "Red" states. All of that is bullshit. In California, 44.5% of people voted for Bush, and in Sacramento County the vote was almost evenly split. Doesn't sound quite so navy-blue to me.
